Ludwig is a new type of learning game, targeted at children eleven years old and older, that conveys knowledge on physics and renewable energy in a fun and dynamic way. More than 8 hours of stimulating gameplay arch over 4 unique environments and seamlessly integrate learning content. Solving the puzzles in the game, children effortlessly discover physical phenomena, reveal the laws of physics related to combustion, water power, wind energy, solar energy and develop detailed understanding of energy production and renewable energy sources. The game is developed with physics-teachers, pupils and educators; it is entirely curriculum based and comes along with a set of didactical materials so it can be included in class work. As a result of playing the game, children end up developing real interest and a huge concept map of physical knowledge on the increasingly important topic of renewable energies.
